US District Court allows case questioning Barack Obama's US Citizenship to move forward.

NEW BEDFORD, MA - Just as it became clear that the White House and Congress and a bunch of Wall Street thieves made it desperately clear that they would be needing the financially struggling middle class to pony up $700 billion on top of another $385 billion to fix a problem the banker's and Barney, “asleep at the wheel” Frank created. Never mind the fact that the difference between 1+1=2 and 1,000,000,000 +1,000,000,000=2,000,000,000 is nothing more difficult than adding zeros. These guys are in the biz of adding, hence it is a crime that they messed up simple arithmetic. But never mind the stupidity in the banking institutions, what about the law suit in Pennsylvania. What law suit you ask. The one where a citizen has asked for Barack Obama's birth certificate to prove his legal worthiness to be president. Seems like a simple request, seems like a reasonable request. So why has Mr. Obama not produced a valid US birth certificate? Why is this not a simple formality when signing on to be president? Why does Barack Obama want to go through the struggles and expense of a lawsuit not to produce a birth certificate when all you have to do is open a file drawer and fax a copy? Seems the big story has been hiding beneath the expensive one.

Two event happened in Barack Obama's life that throws into question his American citizenship. According to Obama, he was born on August 4th 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii. The documentation indicates that he was actually born that day in Kenya, his mother disallowed from flight due to her imminent birth. Upon her return on August 8th, 1961, she filed a form which listed his birth. Most family members have spoken of the Kenyan birth of Barack Obama, accepting it as a simple family fact.

The second event involves his mother married a man named Lolo Sorento, changed Barak's name to Barry, moved to Indonesia. Indonesia required that Barack's mother and Barack relinquish their United States citizenship back in 1967. Non citizens are not allowed to attend Indonesian schools. Later, in 1971, when he was old enough, Barack returned to the United States, failing to reestablish his citizenship. Only Barack's mother could reapply for Barak natural citizenship. It is deem highly unlikely that ever happened. Without it, Barack Obama would be just another resident alien, unable to constitutionally hold office.

Democratic party insider Philip J. Berg, Esquire, legal advisor and attorney in good standing, filed suit in Pennsylvania's US District Court in an attempt to force Barack Obama and the DNC to produce Barack Obama's birth certificate and Certificate of Citizenship. Instead of just whipping out these crucial documents, the DNC and Obama have dug in their heels instead trying to have the case dismissed. The Judge disagreed and has allowed the case to continue. To date, Barack Obama has not complied and is making great effort to delay. If he is elected president and if he loses this case while he is president, it cause a Constitutional crisis. If this comes to pass, the legislative branch will be effectually shut down as the government tries to figure out how to undo a completed but fraudulent election. It will be a mess that will be of our own addled minded doing. How foolish will the masses of genuflecting Obama supporters will look then. It should be interesting.
